Clinic Manager - BHH Clinic
Barrett Hospital & HealthCare is seeking a Manager for their clinic facility. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall performance, planning and implementation, and day-to-day operations of the Hospital Physician clinic, which operates as a Provider-based clinic, and supervision of clinic personnel. This is accomplished by working collaboratively with hospital leadership. This position oversees the medical provider’s practices including employment contract issues, and manages provider recruitment efforts in conjunction with hospital administration. The Clinic Manager develops a strong working relationship with clinic providers and insures communication of overall clinic issues. Effectively engages and works with hospital wide departments to ensure a fully integrated physician clinic. Manages all aspects of MOB space leases, scheduling of specialty physician clinics and establishes good relationships with private practice clinic managers. This position is considered a department manager position and reports directly to the CEO of the hospital.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, health administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum five years experience in a physician/medical practice setting with knowledge of relevant business, financial, and information systems.
