Dorothy DeHart is a graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science and from the University of Puget Sound with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. She obtained national accreditation as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2013 and earned her Certified Lymphedema Wound Therapist endorsement in 2017. While working throughout Washington and Montana she has had the opportunity to treat individuals in various stages of both physical and mental health. Dorothy strives to help people gain or regain the skills that will allow them to live a life of fullness and purpose. She, her husband, and their menagerie of animals settled in Dillon in 1996. She has worked at Parkview Acres Healthcare and Rehabilitation, and owned a private pediatric clinic for several years prior to joining the team at Barrett Hospital & HealthCare. Dorothy specializes in pediatric therapy, Lymphedema and wound care, and loves working with clients from infancy through geriatrics. In her free time, she enjoys working outside in her garden, hiking with her dogs, playing with children, and traveling with her husband. Dorothy joined Barrett Hospital & HealthCare in 2010.
