Greg Moore

Emergency Medicine, Wilderness Medicine, Prehospital Emergency Services

Dr. Moore attended medical school at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio from 1977-1980. He did a dual residency in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio from 1980-1983. Dr Moore also is one of the original Fellowship trained physicians in Wilderness Medicine for the Wilderness Medical Society and continue to teach and practice Wilderness Medicine in the United States, Central America and various sites around the world. Dr. Moore is also currently active and provides medical direction for various EMS services throughout the greater Beaverhead and Missoula County areas. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP) as well as a Fellow in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM). He has been with Barrett Hospital since 1996.

Medical School: The Ohio State College of Medicine, Columbus, Ohio, 1977-1980, Doctor of Medicine.

Residency: Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, 1980-1983, Dual Residency in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine.

Boarded in both Emergency Medicine and Family Practice after residency and have remained Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

Attained Fellowship status in Emergency Medicine and Wilderness Medicine
