Rachel Dean Smetanka is a native of Billings, MT. Her education and training took her to Duluth, MN, as well as Iowa and Idaho. In her professional career, she has been a physician assistant in Missouri and Idaho. She has also taught as assistant professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University. She is eager to start helping patients in Montana, her home state.
