Emergency Department
Barrett Hospital & HealthCare is a Montana designated trauma receiving center which serves our region with high quality care.
Our experienced team is ready to respond to emergency calls around the clock, seven days a week.
Take comfort in knowing that our emergency medicine providers are on-site 24/7.
From the warm, comforting reception area to the diagnostic rooms where providers and nurses provide evidence-based medicine with compassion; you will experience proficiency and efficiency of your care as well as comfort and privacy.
Most Emergency Department visits are treated on site, typically only 2-3% of patients need transport to another facility. If inter-facility transport is required, our Emergency providers and nurses have an electronic medical record system, an advanced communication link, to many emergency departments both in-state and out-of-state, and they are supported by outstanding critical care helicopter and fixed wing transport.
