Dr. Heuer is recognized for her clinical skills and compassionate approach. She has dedicated herself to focusing on each patient’s unique medical challenges, and her scope of practice includes primary care, preventative care, and chronic disease management. Dr. Heuer earned her medical degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, MN. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development.

Following her formal education, Dr. Heuer completed a residency program at Rural Internal Medicine Maine (RIMM), Maine Medical Center, in Portland and Norway, ME with an emphasis in specialized training for a complex rural medical practice with a focus in primary care, leadership, and advanced medical procedures. As a dedicated professional, Dr. Heuer is a proud member of the American College of Physicians.
